What is Your Refund Policy?

For Items Shipped:

We take pride in the quality of our products at A Poundcakery. If you receive a shipped item that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. To initiate the refund process, provide clear photos of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue to our customer service at [customer-service@apoundcakery.com]. Refunds will be processed once we assess the situation and confirm the need for a refund or replacement.

For Items Bought In Person:

If you purchase our products in person and are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 5 days of the purchase date. Please return the item to the store with your original receipt, and our team will assist you in finding a suitable replacement or issuing store credit.

How do I keep my purchases fresh?

At A Poundcakery, we believe that every bite of our poundcakes should be a delightful experience. To ensure the freshness and quality of your cake, please follow these cake care guidelines:

  1. Storage: Store your poundcake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If the cake is not consumed immediately, refrigerate it to maintain freshness.

  2. Freezing: Our pound cakes freeze well. If you wish to extend the shelf life, wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap and store it in the freezer. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

  3. Handling: When handling the cake, use clean utensils to cut slices, and avoid exposing it to moisture.
